Before you buy
- Refunds
- If no OTP arrives, the order is refunded automatically after 20 minutes. You can also cancel yourself after 2 minutes. Once an OTP is delivered, the order is final.
- Pricing
- The price for every country is different and is shown on the confirm screen before you pay. There are no extra charges.
- Wallet
- Add funds by UPI and use the balance for any order. Your wallet history shows every top-up, purchase and refund.
- API
- Resellers can create an API key from the dashboard and place orders from their own software.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add funds?
Open Add Funds, enter an amount and pay by UPI. Your wallet is credited automatically after the payment is detected.
What if I don't receive an OTP?
You can cancel after 2 minutes for a refund, and orders with no OTP after 20 minutes are refunded automatically.
Do I get a refund after the OTP arrives?
No. Once the OTP is delivered the order is complete.
Can I use the API?
Yes. Create a key from the API Access page after logging in.
